Grief Therapy

A year-long psychotherapy program which will help to accept and survive the grief of losses.

This course is for someone who has lost a person close to them or something that used to be their meaning of life. It is for you if you have a hard time telling about this but still need to share what’s inside; if you are unable to describe deep emotions but cannot suffer in silence any longer; if you have hoped until now that the internal void after loss will somehow fill out on its own but it still doesn’t happen.

More details available on the course page.

“A Letter to Grief”

Written therapy that helps to accept and survive grief, pain or loss.

You will finally be able to tell what happened. Without someone else’s devaluing scenarios. You won’t have to come up with justifications or be ashamed of your feelings. You’ll write everything out, using any words you deem necessary.

You can leave “A Letter to grief” for yourself or share it. The main objective is to relieve yourself from the burden of suffering. It could be something dragging on for many years, not only the result of this war.

More details available on the course page.

“Almost on Ground Zero”

Original course about war traumas both on the frontlines and in the rear.

War traumas happen not only on the frontlines. Ukraine has transformed into a battlefield without borders.

Ukrainian heroes are coming back to their women and children, sometimes to their jobs. But it is not to calm and safety that they return. Their families are exhausted with fear and anxiety. There are no peaceful cities anymore; there are terrorist acts and losses everywhere, with no end in sight.

During the course we’ll find out what is happening to our minds during the war. Recommendations will be provided on self-help and communication among those who are “almost on ground zero”.
